Another establishment that takes advantage of Tenby’s cliffs, the Imperial Hotel, which is also build into Tenby’s ancient walls, features 44 rooms, all equipped with the types of mod-cons one can expect from a modern hotel. And like the Atlantic, the views are particularly impressive. Wi-Fi connectivity is provided throughout and there’s a 24 hour front desk. The beach is also in close proximity as is the centre of Tenby. Despite its popularity, the Imperial Hotel is suitable for medium holiday budgets with double rooms available from £85.
The Atlantic Hotel – From £125 per night
The Atlantic offers unrivalled sea-views due to its elevated cliff-top position overlooking Tenby’s south beach. There are 42 rooms with luxury mod-cons, with some offering breathtaking coastal vistas. Be sure to book well in advance as rooms with sea-views are unsurprisingly in very high demand. The hotel also includes a heated swimming pool and spa as well as an independently run restaurant.
