The property is well-located and is near the small coastal village of Lawrenny as well as the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Customer reviews have been very good with previous guests praising the location and facilities for children.

Ffynnon Dewi Cottage is a smaller version of the adjacent Badgers Brook. There are three bedrooms; a double, twin and single room. The double had en-suite facilities and there’s a family bathroom for the rest of the property. The layout is similar to the other two cottages with a modern kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Mod-cons include a television with Freeview, a DVD player and Wi-Fi access. Guests will also find a small collection of games, books and DVDs for their entertainment. There’s also a BBQ and private patio to the rear of the holiday cottages and a shared, private paddock, which should prove popular with children.

The living room is open-plan and includes character features such as a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes the usual mod-cons such as a dishwasher, tumble-dryer, fridge and freezer. There’s also a television with Freeview and a DVD player should the weather draw in. Outside, there’s shared, off-road parking and a large garden with patio furniture and a BBQ. The picturesque villages of Saundersfoot, Broad Haven and Barafundle are nearby as is the popular Oakwood Theme Park.

Outside, there’s a private first floor veranda, a rear garden with a BBQ and shared use of a large lawned area. While children are welcome, there are two open ponds in the owner’s grounds so supervision is required. The property’s off-road parking can accommodate two vehicles.

The property is set on a small working farm, where the owners keep poultry, sheep and Chihuahuas which should prove popular with families. The exterior also includes spacious off-road parking for 3 cars and an enclosed garden with patio area. The resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are close-by as well as St Davids, with its majestic cathedral. Reviews have been generally positive although some have expressed concern regarding the train line which runs above the property.
